How often do you restock organizers?

Since organizers are handmade, restocks can vary from every 2 weeks to every 4 weeks.

How long will it take to receive my organizer?

Organizers are partially made, then finished after the order is placed. Depending on our current order volume, it can take up to 10 days for shipment. Please feel free to email us to get a better idea of when your order will ship! info@fivetosix.com

Can you make changes to the pocket slots on an organizer?

We are not able to customize the pockets on organizers at this time.

Shipping & Returns

How long will it take to receive my organizer?

Organizers can take up to 10 business days for shipment.  Please email if you have any questions about the progress of your order: info@fivetosix.com

What service is used for shipping orders?

We ship via USPS. You may select your shipping speed at checkout.

What is the return policy?

Items may be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in the original condition.
