My interchangeable cable storage case has 12 plastic zip pockets sewn into a sturdy fabric case. Each pocket can hold several cables - for example, use one pocket to hold your 8" small, large, and mini Chiaogoo cables.

Two magnetic snaps will keep it all held together.

Each case comes with blank sticker labels so you can label the pockets according to your needs.

Fits perfectly inside my Interchangeable Needle Organizer (sold separately).
