The interior pockets slots include US tip sizes 2, 2.5, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 10.5, 11, 13, 15, and 17, including the corresponding mm sizes.

The front row is 3.25" deep, for 4" needle tips.

The back row is 4.25" deep, for 5" needle tips.

Zippered pockets on the outside of the case have pocket slots for 2" and 3" tip needles in sizes 0-8.

A clasping ring on the inside will hold a collection of stitch markers.
